SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping all orders over $75


We proudly offer  UPS® or FREE FedEx® shipping on all orders over $75 within the U.S.  No orders from outside the U.S. will be accepted.

 For your protection, signature will be required upon delivery of all orders valued at $500 or more.

Our Shipping Methods

Although most orders are shipped with 24 hours of receipt, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process. After your item has been packed, it will be shipped and delivered via one of the following carriers and methods.

  • FedEx/UPS Ground - Delivered in approximately 1-5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3-7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.
  • FedEx/UPS 2Day - Delivered two-day delivery by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences)*.
  • FedEx/UPS Overnight - All orders $1,500 and above. Signature Required. Next-business-day delivery
  • USPS Priority Mail - APO / FPO Shipments

 

At times due to unavoidable service delays, FedEx or UPS delivery may vary.

*Except Alaska and Hawaii.


RETURN POLICY

Our 60-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund.

Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within sixty days from the date it was shipped with a Return Merchandise Authorization. You are responsible for return shipping and insurance fees for all orders under $200. To receive a return authorization on orders shipped within the United States follow the steps outlined below.

Please contact cs@feltnoir.com with your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and reason for return to obtain a RMA number.

To be eligible for return, all items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 60 days of the original ship date.  Items that show signs of wear or that have been altered or resized cannot be accepted for a return.

For your protection, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service such as FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.  Ship the items you’d like to return to the address below:

Please make note of the tracking number from your returned package to ensure that it has been returned to our distribution center.

To expedite an exchange for a different item, we recommend returning your purchase for refund and placing a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us at cs@feltnoir.com immediately. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Felt Noir. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Felt Noir will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error.

PayPal Returns

PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

Shipping Charges

We offer free return shipping for all orders above $200.  For orders below $200, shipping charges, including special handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. We will not accept returns sent C.O.D. If any portion of your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately and prior to returning the items. Felt Noir does not reimburse for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred. Please retain all shipping materials for FedEx/UPS pick up and/or inspection.  If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses at our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.

After Your Return is Received by Felt Noir

Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team two business day, up to 48 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system. Failure to obtain a Return Authorization code, or include Diamond Grading Report(s) can delay receiving your refund.

Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-4 days.

Credits to Your Charge Card

Credit card purchases and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Felt Noir has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. For bank wire purchases under $1,000, please allow 3-4 weeks. Bank wire refunds are posted against the original account they originated from.

Sale Price Adjustments

Sale price adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original ship date unless otherwise specified. Price adjustments will be provided as store credit.

Cancel or Change an Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order please email a Felt Noir Jewelry Consultant at cs@feltnoir.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
